yes, sth is wrong with me.. another way... after much tot, decided to see the doctor..
great great great.. think i got the same symtom as my ex colleague cindy.. reflux... and the doc gave a me whole list of things what to do and eat..
- do not eat or drink milk (no prob =P), soya milk (sad =( thats my fav), chinese tea, fruit juice and milo (my fav hot drink!!)
- Avoild all sour food products, vitamin C, ginger soup pepper, spices, peppermint, alcohol
- do not drink or eat before going to bed, lying down flat immediately
- sleep on your side or sleep with the head higher than normal ( er so should i be lying down flat or side??)
- do not overeat (hahaha.. okok..)
- stop smoking
- lose weight if necessary (gd one)
- do no wear tight clothings (y?)
- do not do bending exercises / activities immediately after food.
