Just watch " The Notebook" alone on a Saturday night.

Noah acted by Ryan Gosling was reading the notebook to his wife, Allie, who has forgotten her memory (i think dementia). so though her memory has faded, his words give her the chance to relive her turbulent youth and the unforgettable love they shared.

i think their love story is simple. but its the love between them which really touched me. Noah can read to her every day . and when the story ends, she will remember him.. but only for 5mins..

dementia is so scary. forgetting everything.

mayb now i could relate abit. my grandma has dementia , beginning stage. She looks really fine but like yesterday, she can ask me a similiar question every 2minutes. and when i showed her my old photos, she couldnt remember. when i explain to her , she will start saying she remember but the next moment don't. i don't live with my grandma, my aunt do. i think its really an agony, mayb frustration. but prob its hard to accept .

Will she forget us slowly? her children? her grandchildren? her parents? her siblings? the event she been thru? mayb even her first love?

so scary..

What if its me?
