Email from my colleague.. this has happened to me too..

Hey gals

I’m gg to narrate what happened to me yesterday which I could have ended up in heaven now.

I was jogging along the road yesterday evening and I did not bring my MP3 along which I usually would. I was approaching a zebra crossing and most cars have slowed down as it was red light at the junction.

I was half way on the road when this asshole ( OUT OF NOWEHERE) was speeding towards the zebra crossing, I signaled my hands that I was crossing but he was not in time to slow down. I only realized he was speeding when I heard the fierce engine sound from the BMW sports car. He was just less than 10m (OR EVEN LESS) away from me n I was shocked. Luckily my legs picked up the momentum and I RAN for my life!!

By split sec I managed to save my life n the asshole just sped off. I dunno the car no. but it’s definitely a BMW sports car.

By not listening to MP3 and hearing the engine sound had saved my life.

RULES OF THUMB:
1) PLEASE DO NOT USE HANDPHONE OR LISTEN TO MP3 WHEN CROSSING ANY ROADS. THE CAR ENGINES CAN TELL YOU THE SPEED AND SAVE YOUR LIFE

2) NEVER TAKE FOR GRANTED THAT THE CARS WILL SLOW DOWN OR GIVE WAY TO YOU. THEY ARE WRONG BUT YOU WILL LOSE YOUR LIFE, WHICH IS MORE IMPORTANT????

3) MAKE SURE ALL THE CARS STOPPED BEFORE YOU CROSS ZEBRA CROSSING OR EVEN GREEN LIGHT. I EVER SAW DRIVERS DASHING PASS THE GREEN LIGHT.

4) ALWAYS LOOK OUT FOR CARS WHEN YOU ARE ALREADY CROSSING THE ROAD. SOME ASSHOLES MAY SUDDENLY APPEAR AND SPEEDING OUT OF NOWHERE!

5) DUN JUST STARE, ALWAYS RUN FOR YOUR LIFE WHENEVER THERE IS DANGER.

This is a true life account. After the incident I always ask what could have happened to me if I was hit??

1) I wun be able to jog forever
2) I would be in heaven
3) My mum would have to take care of me forever
4) I may be on a life supporting machine forever
5) I may be a veg
6) I may be retarded and handicapped

The asshole will only be in jail.
