It is often associated with measures taken to prevent weight gain, such as self-induced vomiting, the use of laxatives, dieting, or fasting.

Gal A: (Casually) Oh, i threw up yesterday.
Gal B: Really? So did you make yourself puke?
Gal A: Yeah. I always do that.
Gal B: Yah, me too.( Pinches her so-flat-it's-concave stomach and announces proudly) Eww, i feel so faaat!
Gal A:(Smacks her equally non-existent stomach) Me too! Everytime i binge at a buffet, i head straight for the loo and i force myself to ... blahblah
Bulimia was once said to be an illness and isn't sth you'd 'fess up to in public. Most patients would take great pains to hide it by spiriting away their uneaten lunch or throwing up secretly. So, when did it become fashionable to be bulimic?
I know some1 who's bulimic. I've watched her weight plummet and rise, literally like a yo-yo. She lost 7kilos over the same number of days. She may look great with her new figure, but she also started getting fuzzy.
Going to the loo with her was horrible. You could see the other girls exchange knowing glances as the retching sounds echoed around the toilet. Then one day, she found blood in her puke. I'd already said everything i knew - "You're hurting your body", "This is the not the way to lose weight" etc. But it's her body and you can't stop her from sticking her finger down her throat.
So, to the girls I met at the loo: Please stop making yourself throw up. Other than the obvious health problems, it's really not very fun to hang around someone who smells permanently of puke.
From the bmi, you can tell most ladies are underweight. if your height is 160cm , then you want to weigh 47kilos. Sad to say, that's underweight. Sometimes dunno why fats grow at the wrong place such as face, tummy, legs and not the area we wanted. There's so many different kind of ways to slim, now the most popular would be slimming pills , slimming tea, slimming centre.... but all these got side effects ma, especially those eaten items.
i too need to lose weight, my tummy , my arms, etc. so many . where shld i start?.. exercise meh.. i just no patience , no discipline. of course, no BULIMIC .. thats too disgusting.
